Who writes TradeFaro
TradeFaro is an independent editorial site. We are not IQ Option, we are not part of IQ Option and we do not speak on its behalf. We write for one very specific person: someone in Colombia who has heard about the platform, wants to understand what it is before putting money in, and cannot find a clear explanation between the operator's advertising and the videos promising profits.
What we cover
The site is organised around the questions people actually type into the search box: how to log in, how to download the app, whether the broker is trustworthy, how withdrawals work, what the minimum deposit is and which product the platform offers today after the 2018 European regulatory changes.
- Access guides: registration, login, downloads for PC, Android and iPhone.
- Trust and legality: which entity operates the service, what licence it holds and what that licence does not cover in Colombia.
- Money: deposits, withdrawals, local payment methods, costs and minimum deposit.
- Platform and trading: demo account, how trades work, strategies and indicators.
- Comparisons with Quotex, Olymp Trade and ExpertOption, to see where each one fits.
Who signs the work
Editorial responsibility belongs to Valentina Restrepo, brokers and payments editor. Every page carries that byline because we want an identifiable person behind what is claimed here. If something is wrong, it gets corrected and the correction is recorded; we do not delete pages quietly.
How we verify
Information about the product, the operating entity and the licences comes from IQ Option's official pages and from the regulators cited on them. When a figure cannot be confirmed in an official source — for example the exact time a withdrawal takes or whether a local payment method is available — we write it as a range, attribute it to whoever claims it, or simply ask the reader to confirm it on the operator's site. We would rather say "check this" than invent a number that will go out of date.
What we do not do
- We do not say we tested the platform. This is a reading and document-analysis desk, not a laboratory. Nobody here is going to claim they timed a withdrawal.
- We do not give signals or investment advice. Nothing published here is a recommendation to trade.
- We do not promise returns. Trading CFDs and options can make you lose all your capital, and that is said where it belongs.
- Nor do we write to frighten. A high-risk product is described as a high-risk product, not as a fraud.
Independence and business model
The site may receive commissions when a reader reaches the operator through our links. That is explained in the affiliate disclosure and it does not change what we write: the same warnings about licensing, risk and verification appear on the pages that earn revenue and on the ones that do not.
